We break into the fall with a variety pack of art instructional books--all from Dover Publications (their affordability is allowing us to double the quantity of what we usually offer up for the bundle). How-to books are always in demand, but especially when it comes to drawing: these titles offer a range of techniques for figure drawing, illustration, and cartooning.  They will include How to Draw Manga & Anime, Draw Anything, A Better Approach to Pencil Drawing, Heads, Features and Faces, Light, Shade and Shadow, and How to Draw Animals.

While donations of used books in this category continue to be dropped off at the store (and please keep them coming), prisons are establishing higher thresholds for the condition and wear-and-tear of the copies. These unstained, undog-eared editions will help guarantee their delivery to incarcerated readers.
