Bohunk: a person of Central or Eastern European descent--used contemptuously (Random House Historical Dictionary of American Slang)

"Say, what did you call me?"
"A bohunk."
"Well, you better take that back 'r I'll start something, I don't care how big you are."
Terry had clambered out and was facing the mechanic. The bellow with which a man lashes himself into fistic passion, or defies and implores the lack of such a passion, was never necessary to Terry. He hesitated now because the mechanic was five inches shorter. Unfair? Well, hell...
